Live Music at Jaynes Sunday April 22nd: Adams Avenue Unplugged

If you’ve hung out at Jaynes you know we really dig music here and we’re very excited this year to be a part of the new Adams Avenue Unplugged Festival this coming weekend.  We’ve chosen three incredible acts to play here at Jaynes and we strongly encourage you to attend.

Sunday April 22nd.   2pm until 6pm

2pm:  Tom Ward a San Diego based troubadour and former member of San Diego mod legends the Gravedigger 5 and the Nashville Ramblers will be playing a set of original songs on 6 and 12 string guitars.    Tom has a very unique writing style and his songs and performance always have a classic 60′s era touch to them.

3:30pm: Berkeley based singer songwriter Bart Davenport whom you may have seenfronting bands such as the Loved Ones and Honeycut  will be playing an acoustic set.   This is a real highlight of the afternoon and we urge you to check him out.

5pm: San Diego’s soul powerhouse the Amandas! will be playing a full electric dance set.   I know its supposed to be unplugged but as Eric Burdon sang,  its my life and I’ll do what I want!   

Its going to be a booze only event so get some food in your belly before you come get your drink on!.
