4th of July Warm-Up

So, it’s that time of year again. 4th of July is this Wednesday, and since we’ll be closed for the holiday,we’ve decided to celebrate the night before.  Tuesday, July 3rd, we’ll be serving our TJ hot dog — all beef hot dog wrapped in crispy bacon with fresh tomato, caramelized onions, and sriracha aioli (pictured above).

To wash it down we’ve got two options: A flight of Red, White, & Blue Chimay –AND– a flight of three Kentucky bourbons, served with a back of Sarah’s house-brewed ginger beer (Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon Whiskey, W.L. Weller ‘Wheated’ Bourbon Whiskey, and Four Roses Single Barrel).

In addition, if you order a Jayne Burger on Tuesday, you get a free draft beer.  That’s always the Tuesday special, but I thought I’d remind you so that you can plan accordingly.  Come celebrate your independence and fuel your grilling muscles with us Tuesday, July 3rd,starting at 5!  See you then!
