Grouper’s On!
Tonight we’re offering two lovely specials: Pan-Seared Grouper in a white wine broth with linguica sausage, baby spinach, heirloom tomatoes, and Gigante white beans – AND – Albacore Tuna, seared rare with cucumber puree and a salad of quinoa, cucumber, onion, and tomato. Both dishes are incredibly fresh and delicate. We have a limited number of both, so come in early if you can and get it before Sarah does.
